Louise Hay and Her Health Mantras

A while back I stumbled upon Louise Hay's affirmations for specific health situations. The full list can be found in her book: YOU CAN HEAL YOUR LIFE.
I've always loved the idea that our energy has control over our bodies and can participate in creating health. As a student of law of attraction, I have often turned to meditation for help even with the simplest ailments. There are many studies and books that also support this theory that I will share at a later date.
In Louise's book, she includes her master list of ailments with reasons and a complimentary affirmation to help heal. One of my favorites to go back to and use is for insomnia. If you have trouble sleeping, her suggested affirmation is: "I lovingly release the day and dip into a peaceful sleep, knowing tomorrow will take care of itself." It has done wonders with helping me get back to sleep! I often find that if I am not sleeping I am thinking too much about the past or about the future. If I am in the "Now," sleep always comes easily to me. Louise's statement is a nod to both of those things-- releasing what is past, and letting the future-- as she says-- "take care of itself." Everything in it's own time-- so you can make time to sleep!
Having success with this manta made me think of creating my own ultimate health mantra. Here's my initial go at it:
"I am living vibrantly in my perfectly healthy body which supports my life beautifully and joyously."
