Tapping Into Your Future Self

Think how often we tell ourselves that we can't wait to have this...or do that...We are always thinking about our future self. Well here's a trick to help us get there faster-- let's start LIVING from our future self.
When you go about your day, ask yourself "How would my ideal self handle this task?" "What would my ideal self do now?" "How does the best version of me schedule their day?"
What will this do?
1) It changes your thought patterns during tasks and situations where you might be predictable and stuck. It will help you think about new ways you can accomplish things. You can't build a new life living the same patterns that are keeping you stuck!
2) It changes your vibration to one that is higher. When we think of our best future self, having achieved big goals, we get excited and joyful. That energy is a powerful thing to harness in day to day tasks-- because as we know- our vibration is our magnet for people, experiences and things! Want to keep the good coming?? Keep those good vibrations.
